Veterinary Technician
Hi, my name is John, and I am a Veterinary Technician at Magnolia Animal Clinic. I am passionate about providing high-quality care and helping my patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
In my free time I like to skateboard at the skatepark, and I enjoy drawing. Music and Pokémon cards make up a big part of my interests as well. I also have two Calico cats I love very much — Callie, who is pushing seven, and Poptart, who is a little over one — so there is never a dull moment around the house.
Education
I have attended Pima Medical Institute from 2023 to 2026, where I took Veterinary Assistant and Technician courses. I will be graduating in November of this year.
Professional Background
I am not certified yet, but I graduate in November and intend to take the VTNE to work towards becoming certified. Looking further ahead, I would like to specialize in animal dentistry.
Work History
I first joined Magnolia Animal Clinic in 2023 through an externship with Pima Medical Institute, after completing my Veterinary Assistant courses. I later took a couple of years away to finish school, and I now work here as a veterinary technician dedicated to helping care for our patients.
