True, immediate, life-threatening emergencies, whether during business hours or outside of business hours, should be taken directly to a local emergency clinic for emergency intervention. We are not a critical care facility and do not have some of the advanced equipment or specialized medications it sometimes takes to treat and stabilize a critical case.

If your pet is presented to us with a true emergency, we will do our best to stabilize it, explain what is going on and give a prognosis, and direct you to the nearest emergency clinic for care.
